When our client bought the property in 2013, K4 had been on site since 2004. Their experience, having been involved with the original installations and ongoing maintenance was invaluable as we grew to know the property. In more recent years K4 has been heavily involved in the landlords capital improvement programme, most notably in the replacement of all the high level specialist lighting systems and the heating for the new food court that has been built. The installation work was time dependent which meant that K4 were required to work unsocial hours to ensure that the operations of the market were not disrupted and ensure that the milestones were hit.

In our role as block management agents we have had cause to use K4 Electrical (Jim & Sean) for a number of years for both maintenance and installation projects on various sites within our portfolio.
