When our client bought the property in 2013, K4 had been on site since 2004. Their experience, having been involved with the original installations and ongoing maintenance was invaluable as we grew to know the property. In more recent years K4 has been heavily involved in the landlords capital improvement programme, most notably in the replacement of all the high level specialist lighting systems and the heating for the new food court that has been built.
