K4 Electrical and Mechanical Services Ltd formed in 2015 with a change in name and additional Directors brought in to support the business. Although the business name is fairly new, the team brings over 80 years experience in the electrical installations industry and has worked hard to gain an enviable reputation with a strong ‘word of mouth’ recommendation client base.

The business is heavily based in London, specifically Spitalfields Market area, serving high end, commercial clients. All the engineers are highly qualified, skilled and trained using only the latest products and equipment. K4 are fully accredited and comply with electrical and mechanical regulations.

The teams ethos remains ‘reliability and trust combined with leading edge technology’.

When our client bought the property in 2013, K4 had been on site since 2004. Their experience, having been involved with the original installations and ongoing maintenance was invaluable as we grew to know the property. In more recent years K4 has been heavily involved in the landlords capital improvement programme, most notably in the replacement of all the high level specialist lighting systems and the heating for the new food court that has been built. The installation work was time dependent which meant that K4 were required to work unsocial hours to ensure that the operations of the market were not disrupted and ensure that the milestones were hit.
